From April 25-27, the leaders of trade shows and events across the Americas will convene at the Costa Rica Convention Center. The purpose of this gathering is to discuss common strategies for handling different realities in the region and worldwide. Additionally, attendees will showcase case studies of the most prominent trade shows within the region.

The Conference offers delegates two specialized matchmaking sessions, academic sessions led by 15 international speakers, insights into industry trends, sports and wellness activities, a city tour of vibrant San José, and a visit to two of the most emblematic sites on the outskirts of the city. Thanks to its partnership with Two To Tango (TTT), a specialized matchmaking software, the UFI LATAM Conference will feature two matchmaking sessions designed to help attendees connect and establish business relationships more effectively and efficiently.

During the academic sessions, attendees can learn about industry trends, current events, and projections in the region through the information provided by various speakers. Since the event is open to all professionals in the trade show and events industry, it provides an opportunity to network with people from the region and those interested in developing business in Latin America.

In each session, participants get five 10-minute meetings with another delegate. Participants create their profile, based on which TTT identifies the interests and needs of each participant and sends match suggestions to find out who has what they are looking for or who is seeking what they have to offer.
