To remove the moisture and light hydrocarbons out of waste oil efficiently without damaging the oil substances, the method quickly separates the volatile from the less volatile components using indirect heat transfer or distilled oil gas' heat recovery, almost all the light gas oil could be stripped before distillation. It'll not only increase the distillation efficiency, but also improve the properties of end diesel product from distillation.
