Product Description of Deodorization Base Oil Extraction Plants

 

 

PPGT-SE water white oil refining system, which is applicable for refining the following oil into good color and properties.

Base oil
Diesel oil
Waste transformer oil
Acid refined oil
Vacuum side flow oil
Black diesel
Hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc.

The refined color is less than 0.5. The viscosity, viscosity index, acid value, residual carbon, demulsification value, pour point and saturated hydrocarbon of refined base oil can reach API II or API II+ equivalent hydrogenated base oil.

  1. Multiple stages centrifuge solvent extractor finishing times liquid-liquid extraction and separation with input base oil. Capture and separate the the aromatics and undesirable components.
  2. Used solvent will be sent to fractional distillation tower for recycling. Recovery rate is as higher as 99.9%.
  3. Extracted base oil makes its way to residual solvent stripping tower for further polishing.
  4. Gas generated during whole process will be collected and discharge after gas purification system.

 
Efficient Centrifugal Extractor of Deodorization Base Oil Extraction Plants

 

The principle of high-speed centrifugal contactor is: two immiscible solutions with different densities are pumped into the extractor through two inlets respectively, and then quickly mixed in the gap between the cylinder and the shell. The mixed liquid enters the cylinder through the inlet at the bottom of the cylinder, accelerating the heavy phase to be thrown to the side of the drum. The light phase is located inside the heavy phase, the two-phase interface is located between the light phase outlet and the heavy phase underflow channel, and the heavy phase underflow channel is located in the upper part of the separation zone composed of heavy phase enthalpy.

1, What‘s the main purpose of PPGT-SE?

 

It's mainly used to upgrade base oil from vacuum distillation which is without good performance could be improved to water color, increase the viscosity and viscosity index, reduce the acid value and carbon residue; aromatics could be stripped to increase the content of saturated hydrocarbon above 90% to ensure the API group II standard base oil product.

 

2, How much oil we can get after PPGT-SE solvent extraction plant?

We can get 98%-99% polished oil from PPGT-SE; The oil loss is only 0.5%-1%.
